Quality

Quality is of utmost importance! It matters to our customers that they get the right lamp, producing the right spectrum to ensure a consistent and reliable cure.  We realise that our customers can choose where to buy products and that it is in our interest to ensure that trading with us is as easy and reliable as possible.

ISO 9001 : 2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. It is published by the International Standards Organisation and provides a framework to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders and meet any statutory and regulatory requirements related to their products and services.

At Primarc we are committed to providing our customers with the right product, on time, every time and to support us in achieving this we use a management system developed around ISO9001. This system has been used to drive best practise into the way we work and to help us develop a quality culture that truly looks after the needs of customers.

The system ensures the active participation of all employees throughout the business, from the board room to the shop floor and works on a simple cycle of Plan, Do, Check and Adjust to ensure that processes continually improve and suit changing circumstances and customer requirements.

To ensure continued compliance with ISO9001 Primarc gained independent approval in 1992 by BSI,  who continue to provide independent verification that our systems meet the requirements of the International Standard, are suitable for our business, are operated reliably and are regularly reviewed for effectiveness.

We recognise that, even with the care and attention we pay to quality, things may sometimes go wrong and the culture of the company is to recognise those rare occasions as an opportunity to learn and further improve. Complaints are always disappointing, but we would rather hear about them than find ourselves wondering why a customer is unhappy.
